What happens after you call
Intro call
30 minutes, by phone or video
We ask what prompted the call and what you want to decide. If we are not the right firm, we say so and suggest where to look.
Discovery meeting
Week 1, 90 minutes
We go through accounts, income, taxes and goals with you. You leave with a list of documents to send and a written fee quote.
Your written plan
Weeks 3 to 4
We present the plan in person or by video, answer every question and sign the advisory agreement only if you want to go ahead.
Ongoing reviews
Every quarter, and whenever life changes
Accounts move to Schwab, the portfolio follows your policy statement, and each review starts from the plan in your portal.
