Last updated September 1, 2026. How Fairwood Wealth LLC collects, uses and protects personal information about clients and site visitors.
What we collect
From clients: contact details, Social Security numbers, account balances, tax returns and other information you give us to plan and manage your accounts.
From site visitors: what you type into our contact form and basic, anonymous site analytics.
How we use it
To provide advice and manage accounts, to meet our legal and regulatory duties, and to reply to your questions. We never sell personal information and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Charles Schwab & Co. as custodian, our planning, portal and email providers under confidentiality agreements, and regulators or courts when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Client files live in encrypted systems with two-factor sign-in. Staff can see only what their role needs, and we train every year on handling client data.
Former clients
We keep records for the periods regulators require, usually five to seven years, and treat former clients’ information under this same notice.
